1.What is your greatest strength/merit/advantage? （最突出的优点是什么）

这是很多面试考官喜欢问的一个问题，这是你“展示自己”的最佳机会。谈到这个话题时，既不要吹嘘自己或者过于自负，也不要说没有优点。重点是你要让面试官知道，你是了解你自己的，你是有优点的！

话题模板：

As for my strength, I think it is my conscientiousness in learning, which promotes me to develop unceasingly, devote myself to my study and do a good job. I think it is helpful to my future study.

话题模板：

I feel that my strongest asset is my ability to stick to things to get them done. I feel a real sense of accomplishment when I finish a job and it turns out just as I’d planned. I’ve set some high goals for myself. For example, I want to graduate with highest distinction. And even though I had a slow start in my freshman year, I made up for it by doing an honor’s thesis.

2.What is your greatest weakness/shortcoming/disadvantage/defect? （最突出的缺点是什么）

针对“缺点”这个话题，不能说自己没有缺点，以此来回避这个问题（毕竟每个人都有弱点的）。最佳策略是承认你的弱点，但同时表明你在进步，在试图改进，有一个克服弱点的计划。

话题模板：

Well, I think my weakness is that I tend to take things seriously, especially when I meet a problem that I don’t understand, I will think it over and over again. What’s more, my practical ability is a little poor. But I will try my best to study and practice, and I think I can overcome my weakness and make great progress.

3.If you fail this time, what will you do in the near future?(如果失败接下来做什么)

话题模板：

I will continue to study for postgraduate entrance examination next year and I still choose DaLian Maritime University. Firstly, I have a great interest in my major, computer software, which is very practical and useful. Secondly, this university has always been my dream and I will try my best to make my dream come true.

4.How do you cope with pressure?（如何处理压力）

话题模板：

When faced with pressures, I will try my best to adjust my mentality. I will listen to the music, chat with my best friend to pour out my bad emotions or go to see a film for relaxation, sometimes I will do some sport activities such as running.

5.How do you feel about your progress to date?（到目前为止如何看待自己的进步）

话题模板：

I think progress is the result of hard work, but we shouldn’t rely on the progress we have made, we should try our best to make continuous progress.
